Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a delicious and easy to prepare recipe that will be sure to please everyone’s taste buds. These sliders are perfect for a game-day party, or whenever you feel like chowing down on something hearty without the hassle of spending a long time in the kitchen.

There are times I just want that game-day flavor, even when it is not game day. I love anything “Buffalo”, like Buffalo Chicken Totchos, Ranch Buffalo Chicken Nachos or Buffalo Chicken Dip for a Crowd. When I want to serve sliders, there is nothing better than these incredible Buffalo chicken sliders. It is a great twist on a typical slider and brings together all of the amazing flavors of Buffalo chicken.
What Kind Of Cheese Goes Best With Buffalo Chicken?
Just about any kind of cheese will go with Buffalo chicken. I tend to use cheddar cheese because I really love the way the flavors go together. However, I have also used American cheese when I didn’t have cheddar cheese on hand. I know a lot of people like to use blue cheese since it is known to go together so well with Buffalo flavors and ranch dressing.

Can I Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders Ahead Of Time?
Yes, you can definitely make these sliders ahead of time. They are one of my favorite recipes to make ahead for parties because they are so easy to prepare and serve. I usually whip up a batch or two on Sunday afternoon then just put them in the refrigerator until I am ready to cook them for dinner that evening. If you plan on serving them later on in the week, you can even freeze them for up to two months.
You don’t have to worry about doing anything special to prepare them for the freezer, just pop them in a zip lock bag and stick them in the freezer. Then when you are ready to serve some sliders, take out however many you want and let them thaw in the refrigerator overnight. I don’t recommend putting them in the oven to thaw because they might dry out a little bit.
Are These Sandwiches Spicy?
Buffalo chicken sliders are definitely spicy. They have an amazing kick to them that I think adds a lot of flavor. You can always scale back the amount of Buffalo sauce you put on the sandwiches if you want to make them less spicy, but at least one tablespoon of Buffalo sauce will add some spice.

FAQs
The best type of buns for Buffalo chicken sliders are simple slider buns. These tend to be thinner than traditional burger buns and have a slightly sweet flavor. I also think it allows the sandwich to hold together better because they do not have a thicker crust on top that can sometimes get in the way.
Rotisserie chicken works great for this!
I use King’s Hawaiian Rolls, though it’s a matter of personal taste.
