When I have friends or family over, I like to serve things that don’t keep me in the kitchen all day. I don’t want to miss out on the fun. So I like to find appetizers that I can make and serve right away, but that also eat well after they have cooled. That way I am not trying to keep food warm until dinner or make fresh batches all night.
This is one of the things that I love about Spinach Parmesan Appetizer Bites. I can make them for guests who have just arrived, and leave them sit on the table as the the other guests arrive. They taste great for everyone. And I am not stuck walled off in the kitchen all night. As a bonus, these appetizers come together quickly so it can be made in a hurry for unexpected guests. For many people these are ingredients that are already on hand in the refrigerator.
