I would serve these veggie cups with a fruit salad for brunch.
I would make these for Christmas morning breakfast along with bacon or sausage.
Perfect for a Sunday brunch
My family is so rushed in the morning that I never have time to make a good breakfast. I love how I can make these ahead and then pop them in the microwave throughout the week.
I would suggest using muffin papers because mine stuck like crazy. They looked great while cooking but a disaster tracking them out.
Very disappointed.
Thanks for the suggestion Viviane, have you used cooking spray? They come out great every time and I do not use muffin papers.
