Since 2012 I’ve been kicking off the new year by taking a look back look at our top 10 blog posts on About a Mom. We received nearly 1.5 million visitors in 2020! Below you will our most popular blog posts in 2020, the ones that received the most visitors for the year. Every single year since 2012 our 10 most visited blog posts were recipes, but the best of 2020 looks a little different and is a reflection of the many changes we experienced last year.

2020 was challenging for sure and looked quite differently for most of us, so it isn’t a big surprise to see that reflected in the type of content people were looking for online. Easy, family-friendly recipes are still popular on About a Mom. However, as families transitioned to at-home learning topics like homeschooling and e-learning became very popular. There was also a real need for indoor kids activities, crafts, printables and learning tools. We have a TON of that kind of content here on About a Mom.

Our analytics also revealed a need for wellness and self care content and parenting tools, as parents found themselves overwhelmed with the many changes and stressors we encountered in 2020.
